We provide to all of our clients 24 hours road assistance

All drivers must be at least 23 years old and have a driving license for at least 2 years

The driver must have his driving lisence,id or passport, guarantee credit card.drivers from non europian countries must provide an international driving license.

Grace period for late delivery is 45 minutes.after 45 minutes the client is charched with one extra day of rental

Deliveries can placed anywhere after agreement.the is no refund if the car is returned earlier than the date or time of the contract

The vehicle has to be returned clean as the day it was delivered to the renter.in cases that the vehicle is returned i such condition that can not be cleaned with simple cleaning methods,the renter

Will be charged an addition 50 euros for a professional cleanning servise of the car.in case of interior damage (burning or breaking or generally damaging the interior of the car)there will be a coresponding charge to cover or replace the damage.

The renter is obligated to return the car with the same amount of fuel that the car had when it was delivered to him.if the car is returned with less fuel than the day of the pick up from the renter

The renter will be charched the diferrence.if the car has more fuel than the days that was delivered to the renter there will be no refunds.

Crossing border to another country is prohibited as well as transfering the car by ship.any damages happened to the car during transportation out of crete are forbiten and are not covered by any insurance

All fines including violations and penaltys are fully charged to the renter.if the car plates are removed from any public authority the renter will be charged for their return.also in case of plate removal if the delivery of the plates extends the renters contract

The renter continues to be charged the days that the plate isnt yet returned to the car

24% is included at all prices

• Standard Insurance Protection plan:

– Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) With An Excess Of 1500 € + VAT 24%. This Excess Is The Maximum Amount Paid In The Event Of A Collision Where The Vehicle Is Damaged Or In An Accident By The Renters Responsibility Or Fault.
– Damage To Third Parties.
– Third Party Property Damage.
– Personal Accident Insurance.
– Damage Caused By An Uninsured Vehicle.
– Legal Protection.
– 24H Road Assistance

What Does Not Cover:

-Theft Of Personal Items That Are On, Or Inside The Vehicle.
-Damages To The Bellow (Underside), Wheels And Tires And The Interior Of The Car.
-Damages Made By Intention Or By The Bad Or Wrong Use Of The Car (Ex. Wrong Fuel Type, Bad Use Of The Gearbox Etc.)
-Car Theft Or A Part Of It, Or Car Fire.
-Damages Caused To The Car By Driving Off Road.

• Full Insurance Protection Plan (F.D.W):

– Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W) With 0 € Excess. This Excess Is The Maximum Amount Paid In The Event Of A Collision Where The Vehicle Is Damaged Or In An Accident By The Renters Responsibility Or Fault.

– Third Party Property Damage.

What Does Not Cover:

-Death Or Bodily Harm Of The Company’s Driver.

-(*)Theft Of The Car Or A Part Of It That Was Made By Intention Or By A Bad Use Of The Car (Ex. If The Car Key Is Forgotten Inside The Car Or If The Car Is Left Unlocked, Etc.).
-Damages Caused To The Car By Driving Off Road.

Excluded From All Kind Of Insurances:

-Damages Caused To The Car While It Was Illegally Parked.
-Damages To The Company’s Car Or Any Other Kind Of Damages To Others While It Was     Driven By An Unauthorized Person.
-Damages Caused To The Car By The Wrong Use Of Fuel.
-Damages Resulting From Breach Of The Terms Of The Contract.
-Damages Caused While Our Car Was On A Ship.
-Damages Caused While The Driver Was Under The Influence Of Narcotics, Drugs Or Alcohol.
-Damages Caused By The Violation Of The Greek Driving Code.

Extended Rental Fee In Case Of An Accident By The Renter’s Fault.

-In Case Of An Accident Or Damage Of The Car By The Renter’s Responsibility Or Fault, When The Car Repairs Extend Beyond
The Rental Date Of The Contract Signed By The Renter, The Renter Is Obligated To Pay The Extra Days (With The Rate Of That Period) Until
The Car Is Again Operational And Back In Use Of The Fleet.
